Hope That Doesn't Disappoint

You Need Never Be Alone

Alone, I entered the garden
Where Jesus waited for me.
Alone, I sensed his presence…
The One who died for me.
Alone, I heard him whisper,

‘My child I’m alive…not dead!
Look at my scars,
Touch my hands,
Believe—It’s just as I said!
My body and blood was enough;
Atoning sacrifice for all sin.
Those who come to the Lamb of God
Need never doubt again.’

Now I’m never alone,
Christ is with me…Eternal Seed of God planted within.
Birthing new life, bringing new joy…
I’ve been born again.

The Hope of Easter is This: Those who look to Jesus, the Son of God need never
be alone. Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again that we might be born again. He waits
to spent time in the garden of our hearts. He promises to return again and take us home to live with him eternally.

Have you received the gift of eternal life Yet?

The invitation is still open…For God so loved He gave.

Reflections from John 20, Colossians 1:27, John 3: 2-16
