Songs in the Night

 I’d rather be

in the valley of trials

with Jesus,

than on the mountaintop

without Him…

He gives a song

even when I can’t sing it.

He’s there,

watching, caring, singing

over me…

And I’m held by strong chords of God’s love.

Reflections from Zephaniah 3: 16-18

  4. Oh, I needed to read this beautifully written encouragement today after coming in from work – thank you, Glenda . . . I love how the Lord softly sings over us to drown out the loud sound of the world . . . 🙂

    • What would we do without His song through all the seasons of our lives? Yes, His song drowns out the sounds of the world and our own thoughts…so we can focus on His. He knows the thoughts He has for us, thoughts for good and not for evil to give us a future and a hope. Thanks for sharing dear friend!
