“You don’t have to live with Fear” – Kay Arthur
Thanksgiving is just one week from today and I have company coming for several days! Because of that, I just felt led to take a break from the Legacy Series I started several weeks ago. I hope to complete the series next week, so please hang in there with me.
Instead, I am excited to share with you about a new book written by Kay Arthur. I’ve already downloaded and completed the first lesson and couldn’t be more thrilled with its contents. Kay holds a very special place in my heart because her teaching revolutionized my life. I love this woman because she taught me how to study the bible for myself and I love to share her books with others.
Here’s what Kay shares about the book:
“Just 40 minutes makes a difference – 40- Minute Bible Studies without homework! . . . Breaking Free from Fear – by Kay Arthur – (6-week study) –
Life is filled with all sorts of fears that can assault your mind, trouble your soul, and bring untold stress. But you don’t have to remain captive to your fears.
In this six-week study you will learn how to confront your circumstances with strength and courage as you live in the fear of the Lord —the fear that conquers every other fear and sets you free to live in faith.
These revolutionary, no-homework, 6-week studies are an easy introduction to inductive study. They have proven great for small groups and have a unique format that includes Scripture alongside the text. Zoom in on the issues you care about and learn to think about them as God does. These focused, self-contained studies guide you into God’s Word one topic at a time, 6 weeks at a time, with no homework. Learn to think biblically and discover what God has to say about your real-life questions. These softcover workbooks include Scripture alongside instructions, questions and informative insights to aid your inductive study experience.”—Kay Arthur-Precept Ministries International
